Iran is the world’s greatest producer and exporter of Saffron. The country produces 93.7% of the world’s production of which 82% is exported. Due to the experience and presence in the territory, PEPANI, Italy has selected the best quality of Saffron directly from the manufacturer leader since 1932. “Sargol all red” represents the excellence of the Persian saffron.
Our company goal is to ensure complete satisfaction of all our customers by producing the highest quality product. We do this by careful selection and meticulous survey of dozens of producers of saffron in the region of Isfahan and Khorasan, the origin of Persian saffron.
Moisture, dust, artificial additives and other natural impurities diminish the quality. With the changing market conditions, it has not been possible to purchase this product directly from the farmer.
Our company has successfully been able to achieve precision control on being able to get this to our customers from the farm to the market. Our main focus is to preserve customer reliability and provide excellence and value through our product. The Producer has obtained national quality standards: ISIRI:259-1 and International standards ISO9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP Issued by SGS- Global Standard for Food Safety and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States.
