Zakuska biscuits are the best-selling biscuit brand in Bulgaria. Besides the classic recipe with vanilla aroma that is familiar to consumers for about 25 years (since 1987), the series is enriched also with cocoa biscuits. The product has an attractive appearance and is well known on the Bulgarian market. Zakuska biscuits are highly hygroscopic and therefore are used for preparing food for young children, as well as for cooking biscuit cakes and different sweets.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder 3.5%, dry sweet whey, raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium pyrophosphate, salt, flavour – chocolate, wheat - processing agent: potassium metabisulphite, acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains wheat gluten, milk products and potassium metabisulphite.
